Welcome to Austin Fall 2022 Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign waivers (including Covid Waiver), sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

 

Registration Information

USA Field hockey MEMBERSHIP

 

All players MUST have active USAFH Membership for the entire season and be affiliated with Lone Star FHC.  You will be required to enter the Membership number and expiration date in the registration process. 

  1. If you are NOT a member, please JOIN now (below). When prompted for the club, select 'Lone Star FHC' under Texas.
  2. If membership has lapsed or expires before the end of the Fall season please RENEW it now.
  3. If your current membership is NOT affiliated with Lone Star FHC (e.g. previously with another club or you have "No Club") update the Club Affiliation in your USAFH Member Profile.  When prompted to transfer to a new club, select 'Lone Star FHC'

What is needed for practice

All Field Players must bring a Field Hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard & water bottle.   A left hand hockey glove is also a recommended piece of safety equipment.

 

All U14 & older Goalies need to bring their own goalie gear.
